I thought it might be a good idea to touch on a few tips about using aftermarket GPS devices with Bluetooth, or perhaps a any navigational support system. Now we all know they are fairly convenient, and don’t usually take up too much space. They are about the size of a small notebook or an older model cellphones.

You want to make sure that you properly secure your GPS devices with Bluetooth. The last thing you want is -the device flying around the cab of your truck. It would be bad enough if you took a corner a little sharper and fell to the floor.

But what if it fell and slid under one of the pedals? Or even worse you were in an accident and it was allowed to fly freely through the air? So, make sure you secure your GPS devices with Bluetooth to your dash or windshield.

Now, when you do secure it, you need to be careful with your placement. It must be located in a place that allows  easy access and view.
