You’ll check their driving and safety records, you’ll even check with past employers. All of this is to ensure you are getting the best truck driver you can.

So why would Freightliner dealers be any different? Well there are many things those in the trucking industry understand and a few that don’t. No one can be expected to know everything. Even in these articles I repeatedly tell you to not just take my word, but conduct your own independent research.
An informed consumer is their own best defense against potentially scrupulous companies. Not that all companies will purposely try to take advantage of the ill-informed. On the contrary, many are just as equally guilty of not getting the staff, which then can provide the best service.

So how can you get better informed? This is easy, and if you have read some of my previous articles you might even know what I will say. Check with the trucking forums, check out the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Consumer Reports, join trucking associations, and there are several other options as well.
